Campbell River is located on the eastern coast of Vancouver Island. It is easily accessed by car, boat or plane!

A few common questions

Campbell River offers things to do during every season of the year! If you are wanting to take advantage of a whale watching tour, the best months to visit are between June – September. Grizzly Tours run September – October. 

Campbell River can be accessed either by Car or plane. If you’re planning on flying, Campbell River or Comox Airports would be your best option. If you are planning on driving, you can take either the Horseshoe Bay or Tsawwassen Ferries from Vancouver into Nanaimo

Campbell River offers a visitors the opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife. There are many different tour options that will allow you to see wildlife such as Humpbacks, Orcas, Dolphins, Seals, Sea Lions, Sea Birds, Eagles, Black Bears and Grizzly Bears!

Depending on the time of year, it is usually a good idea to book your tours well in advance! This will ensure that you don’t miss out, and avoid disappointment. The busiest time of year for tours is July – September.
