Regularly scheduled flights to Campbell River (YBL) and Comox International Airport (YQQ) make it incredibly convenient for all travelers to get here in no time at all.
Flying into Campbell River is the preferred and easiest option but Comox International Airport is just a short 40 minute drive away.
There are also several private charter operators who run scheduled flights, as well as float planes, and helicopter options!

By Land
BC Ferries is the main connection between the mainland and Vancouver Island.
There are 3 main ferry terminals on Vancouver Island, Duke Point and Departure Bay (Nanaimo), and Swartz Bay in Victoria. There is also a ferry that runs from Seattle to Victoria (Clipper).
If you’re looking to take the scenic route, you can also access Vancouver Island via Powell River on the Sunshine Coast
Campbell River is roughly a 2 hour drive from Nanaimo, and 3 hours from Victoria. You can choose to take the Inland Highway (19), or follow the scenic route (19A) for some spectacular ocean views)
